Premium Housing is committed to providing transparent and professional property services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.

By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Property Booking Deposits

  • Booking or reservation deposits made to secure a property may be non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • If a cancellation request is made within  3–7 days of payment, a partial refund may be considered.

  • After the property agreement is signed, deposits are typically non-refundable.

Refund eligibility may depend on:

  • Cancellation timing

  • Property agreement terms

  • Seller/owner policies

2. Consultation Fees

  • Consultation or advisory service fees are non-refundable once the session has been completed.

  • If canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session, a reschedule or refund may be provided.

3. Service & Management Fees

 For property management or related services:

  • Fees paid for completed services are non-refundable.

  • If a service has not yet commenced, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Administrative or processing fees may be deducted from any approved refund.

4. Failed Transactions

If you are charged due to a technical error or duplicate transaction:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours.

  • Verified duplicate payments will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed:

  • Within 7–14 business days

  • Via the original method of payment

  • Subject to banking or payment provider timelines

6. Non-Refundable Situations

 Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after property confirmation

  • Delays caused by third parties (banks, legal authorities, property owners)

  • Failure to attend scheduled property visits without prior notice

  • Services already delivered
